This house is typically designed to withstand the tropical climate and heavy rainfall that is prevalent in this region. The house is constructed with thick red laterite stone wall that provide insulation from heat and sloping roof with mangalore tiles that withstand heavy rains. Even in interiors, furniture’s used are made from bamboo and wood with a modern touch.
